About the Tour
The Blue Hole is one of the most famous marine sites in the world — a dramatic underwater sinkhole near Dahab, ringed by a shallow coral reef that makes for spectacular snorkeling even if you're not diving. This full-day trip takes you there, along with a visit to the Abu Galum Protectorate, a stretch of pristine coastline only reachable by camel or boat, kept free of the development found elsewhere on the coast.
You'll snorkel at both sites, with plenty of time to explore the reef edge of the Blue Hole and the untouched corals of Abu Galum, before a relaxed Bedouin-style lunch by the water.
It's a longer day than our Sharm-based sea tours, but the scenery and marine life along this stretch of coast are genuinely different from anything closer to the resorts.
